After the club's and Telstra Dome's complete over reaction to supposed issues that cropped up at the Sydney home game earlier this year, it is about bloody time that they reviewed their decision to remove fans from the south end(Latrobe st.) end of the ground.
The club and Telstra dome have treated fans at the south end like we were some type lepper colony. The club had to act or risk a very unsuccessful season off the field next year due to disenfranchised supporters.
The idiotic notion that we were all going go down one end and join hands and sing songs together with the North End (as suggested by that pratt Francis Leach on SEN) was just that, idiotic.
The fact remains that the only thing that we have in common with the north end is that we both support the same team.
Maybe what prompted this decision were our chants of "We hate Telstra Dome sing We hate Telstra Dome" or maybe it was our song about Ian Collin's sexual preferences.
Whatever the case, there is no doubt for the first game in the ACL we will resume normal transmission at the Latrobe St end because

Tony, regarding the ACL strip. I'm a little sad to see the V gone, but the gold is certainly a nice touch. Was going to make a mention of this later today, so thanks for the heads-up:)

I think it's stupid for fans to expect to stand on level 3. If you want to jump around do it on level 1, simple. It is both dangerous and innefective as the camera would rarely film level 3. It will take someone to fall and take a few with them for these fans to wake up. The top level is not designed for jumping as anybody who has felt the stand bounce will agree. Stick to level 1 boys, for your own sake.

Well I think it's fine for now but more could be done still, although I'm not sure if it's just only an appeasing stunt for the ACL or not.
